The Pumpkin Patch
Farmer Mike & Farmer John will be opening this year’s Pumpkin Patch at the beginning of October. Visit us in October to wander around our pumpkin patch and have a go at angry veg the pumpkin slingshot game.

Welcome to Top Barn Farm Park Autumn Schedule! We’re excited to invite you to experience a fantastic autumn filled with fun activities and unforgettable moments for the whole family. Join us in our Free farm park where you can look around for free and also have the chance to join our trailer tours (when operational). Come and enjoy a trailer tour seeing what we do on our mixed family farm, Tours will leave throughout the day according to demand.
- When operational trailer tours run regularly from 10.30 am to – 2:30 pm, priced at £3:00 per person (Returning during the October Half Term)
- Keep a keen eye out on the tour for all the animals we have on-site as we make our way around the farm.
At Top Barn Farm Park, we pride ourselves on providing an enjoyable and educational experience for visitors of all ages. Our farm is nestled in the heart of the countryside, offering a picturesque setting where you can connect with nature and create lasting memories.
One of the highlights of our Autumn Schedule is the opportunity to see and feed our friendly animals. From adorable sheep and curious goats to playful rabbits and clucking birds, you’ll have the chance to get up close and personal with a variety of farm animals. It’s a hands-on experience that will delight animal lovers of all ages. Feed buckets are available, keep in touch with the animals; they’d love to see you!
From later September, why not take a stroll through our pumpkin patch and select your pumpking for this years Halloween celebrations.

Fun on the Farm this Summer
Join us in our Free farm park where you can look around for free and also have the chance to join our trailer tours (when operational). Trailer tours, running Monday – Friday between 10.30 and 2.30, Weeks commencing 31st July, 7th August, and 14th August. Come and enjoy a trailer tour seeing what we do on our mixed family farm, Tours will leave throughout the day according to demand.

Through the farm park gates, you’ll find we send many of our animals off on holiday for the winter, to preserve our paddocks, & for routine maintenance to take place. Our chicken caravan and hens are now elsewhere on the farm undercover due to Avian Flu ‘flock-down’. Winter residents remaining include the donkeys and pony, goats, pigs, rabbits, and Guinea pigs. Our newborn baby lambs are being born at the start of April and they will be joining us later in the month when they have built up their strength. Feed buckets are available if you’d like to keep in touch with the animals; they’d love to see you!
Frisbee Golf
Open over summer holidays- £4.50/person Under 5’s £3.
Have a go on our frisbee golf course, open just during the summer holidays, and take on our maize-lined fairways to see who can land it in the basket in the fewest throws.

Christmas Trees at Top Barn
Our Christmas Trees go on Sale from Friday 24th November at the Farm Shop. Our home-grown trees are freshly cut to ensure maximum pine retention. We stock a huge range of sizes and varieties so you’re bound to find your perfect tree.
All our cut trees are premium and farm-grown here at Top Barn. This means that we can cut on demand, so your tree will stay fresher and ‘greener’ than trees imported from the continent. We would recommend early collection as last year’s trees sold out very quickly. We’re all keeping our fingers crossed that the festive season is going to be as special as always here at Top Barn and look forward to welcoming you soon.
Nativity Experience
Join us at Top Barn and immerse yourself in a world of wise men, shepherds, and angels with our interactive walk-around nativity experience. The Nativity Experience is running over two weekends in December, The 1st & 2nd December and the 8th & 9th, with multiple sessions available for booking throughout the evening.
Top Barn Farm Park is open for the season
We are back open as normal with no Covid restrictions, and once again we are giving away FREE Entry for the duration of 2023.
Real Farm, Real Food, Real Fun – Top Barn Harvest Shop & Farm Park
PICK YOUR OWN SUNFLOWERS – NOW!!
- When to pick: Our sunflower fields are ripe for picking NOW: take some beautiful snaps in our fields and pick a few stems to take home and enjoy.
- How to pick: We supply secateurs for a deposit in the coffee cabin or you can bring your own from home. Pick each individual stem from the bottom of the plant: we recommend picking just as the flowers are opening so you can see the colour. Display in clean water, changing every day and they should last for a week.
- Ready picked: If picking is not for you then we have a skilled team of professionals in the fields who pick our best every single day. You can find our ready-picked flowers in the Farm Shop.
